You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and we will keep you informed about every step of your order’s journey. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a shipment notification email with the tracking information.
At the checkout, you can enter the discount code into “Discount Code” led under the order summary in the right column. If you lost your discount code or need assistance, email us at help@friendsandmuses.com

International Returns/Exchanges
Due to international customs and dues, we are unable to offer free exchanges on any international orders unless the product is defective or we made an error fulfilling your order. Any return or exchange shipping fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Exchange orders have a 30-day exchange policy and will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.

Handwash with mild soap at 30 degrees. No bleach. Drip dry only. Do not put in a dryer, dry clean, or use an iron. This material will become even more and more flexible with use and wear. The physical properties will not be affected by water, they will stay equally strong wet or dry. The metallic color may slightly fade with use.
Our pack-bags are made out of DuPontTM Tyvek® material. This unique material combines the performance of paper, film, and fabric and it is exceedingly durable, water-resistant, breathable, and virtually impossible to rip or tear. It has a so fabric-like feel and becomes even softer and more flexible with use and wear. A unique balance of strength and softness.
